Application Information for Students
Applications to the KU School of Allied Health are customized to each field of study. As part of the application process, you will apply to the School and your specific program simutaneously. All application forms must be submitted together to the program’s admissions coordinator.
Steps for applying to the KU School of Allied Health

Obtain an application packet and learn about the specific requirements for your desired program of study.

Contact the program directly to review requirements, answer questions and evaluate coursework prior to submitting application materials.

Submit all application materials as directed in your program's application packet. Official copies of all transcripts and test results should be sent directly to the program from the respective agency.

Students are strongly encouraged to complete the FAFSA and KUMC financial aid documents by the February 14 KUMC priority deadline even if the admission application deadline for your intended program is after this date. If you apply for financial aid after the February 14 priority deadline, any remaining financial aid will be awarded as available.
Current KU students must re-apply for financial aid at the medical center. Your total financial aid award package, including institutional scholarships, loans, or need-based aid, will not be finalized until your admission application materials and fee have been received and you have been accepted.
